Due to further growth in our activities, we are seeking qualified individuals to join our team, working on the preparation of manuscripts for printing.

 

Copy Editor

 

We are seeking both a freelancer and an in-house employee. (1) Freelancers work at home. Training and communication will be via email and payment will be on a per-manuscript basis. (2) The in-house employee will work at our offices near Lüneburg, northern Germany. This would be a long-term position in pleasant rural surroundings.

 

• Mother tongue English (essential)
• Good language skills
• A degree, preferably in a science subject (optimally in biology or aquatic science)
• Experience of copy editing would be useful, but is not essential
• Knowledge of German is not necessary for the job, but desirable when living in Germany
