AEI Theme Section 1

Integrated Multi-Trophic Aquaculture (IMTA) in Sanggou Bay, China

Sanggou Bay is a typical large-scale coastal bay in China where integrated multi-trophic aquaculture is successfully practiced. This AEI Theme Section presents research on the interaction between aquaculture systems and the surrounding environment in Sanggou Bay and represents a step towards developing more sustainable aquaculture in China and elsewhere.
